One of the members at eslbase sent me this article. Only after I read it did I realize it was written in 2003!!!!!
http://teflchina.org/jobs/intro/Niu_and_Wolff.htm
Is there any hope for China's education or will China foreign expat teacher enjoy a level playing field?

Hey Kong. Try it without the "s" on the end. I think this was a marketing redirect scheme by the host site. Sorry. BTW... I apologize for snapping at you last week. I was really in a foul mood. This link opens properly for me at least...

Yup, that worked.
An interesting read though many may find it doesn't apply to them and the information is definitely outdated in some sections.
Thanks for the link. |

I will be very up-front and factual about this touchy issue. I have no personal experience working for Angelina. However in recent days I met somoene who did after I posted a link about Angelina's ESL Cafe (anesl.com & anesl.cn) using a fake white list to convince prospects that all their client schools are safe, when in fact some are and some are actually blacklisted.
This is in part what I had discovered and what I confirmed to be true with an actual SAFEA officlals in Beijing:
1. Angelina's ESL Cafe is NOT part of any government ministry or agency.
2. Angekina's ESL Cafe is NOT endorsed by SAFEA which does not endorse any agency. SAFEA registers foreigners and schools - NOT agents nor recruiters. |
Reply to a post from 2007......I'm done.... |
