Might it be possible to enroll in an accredited Spanish language program for visa purposes as a means to not only improve my Spanish, but to also get my foot in the ESL door with the intent of a possible long term stay in Spain ?

Also, might a company like Berlitz sponsor you as a student while employing
you as and ESL trainer ?

Given that it's easy for language schools to employ teachers from European Union member states, it makes little sense for them to incur the expense of sponsoring teachers from outside the EU.
