Nice typo. No half-measures here; we're all "discrete".
But seriously, I'm a bit surprised to hear that, because I don't recall it coming up in my training. Or maybe it came up but, as a recently-married man, I didn't pay any attention to that part?
To me, it seems obvious what a school's policy should be: "Your private life is yours, and as long as it stays that way we don't give a damn. But if it affects our business you're in big trouble, and if we hear about it, it's already affected our business." |

| I guess it is up to the branch managers then? I bet most put $ over morals, as usual for most businesses though. |
