Non Acceptance of Online Degrees or Certs.

It seems Odd that programs will not accept an online MA or Certificate program but then again want the teachers to provide some kind of online learning scenario for the students. That would be like Kaplan(not to pick on them) requiring classroom study but when you tell them you got your degree or cert from Kaplan, they turn around and tell you that they don't accept their own material. If a program wants their teachers to engage in online teaching or technology, then they should accept the same qualifications from their teachers. DUH!

Maybe they're prepared to accept blended learning for their students but not fully online learning?

Yeah, this really swims against typical Saudi logic...

It is their ball park. They make the rules and choose the referee. Come to think of it, they choose the players too !
