Hey y'all

Does anyone know anything about the above institution? Has anyone taught there? I've been in touch with them but obviously there's a limited amount you can find out, and the email address I got for a former teacher doesn't work...
And has anyone been to Suining? It seems a fairly obscure city in Sichuan, but very near to Chengdu.
