Hi guys, I am wanting to find out how well the top schools pay and treat the staff and how they compare. I am interested in K12 schools as they is the field in which I work. To start off I would say the top schools in Istanbul are (private k-12 not international) are;

Terakki
Robert college
Koç
Mef
Hisar
Enka

Istek and Isik are not as they pay too low..

So TEFL teachers at MEF, the Turkish not the international one, get that much a month? With that much housing allowance a month?? Any free school places for kids?
Time to move...
BTW, doesn't Robert College count as INTL?

They offer attractive packages regarding teacher's kids . It's a new school and new schools are often good when they start. Wasn't convinced the director knew what he was talking about in the interview though, flipped learning, great idea in theory but applied to Turkish prep programs? . He also expected candidates to quit their current job in the middle of the year to join MEF, what kind of teacher would do that?
