I'm going to make this brief because I've given up with Taiwan.
Anyway, the Taiwanese government no longer recognises UNISA degrees as being valid when applying for a work permit. Which is strange, because most countries don't recognise Taiwan as being - okay, okay, I'll stop right there.
So in conclusion: if you have a UNISA degree don't even bother trying to apply for an ARC, just pack your bags and head off to Vietnam like me! The girls are supposedly cheaper there, I'm sold! |

You can do one better.
Contact the goverment agency responsible for issuing your degree and ask for resolution.
