Yes. There are universities in Vietnam and people are employed by those universities as teachers. |

Yes. I found one on this website in a 30 second search. It's a few months old but I'm sure if you look around on this website and others you might find more.
I guess most universities hire for the semester starting in September so you might be a little late. |

Universities often lack resources, have photocopy machines that are often broken, no A/C with high ceiling fans, large classes and the room have bad acoustics.
This work is for some people, but not for others. |

Pretty good summary... Just throw in often wages are lower than in the language centers, and the admin  and working in a uni in VN loses much of it's "allure"  |
