a lil about me, I am about to graduate in June with a BA in applied linguistics and a cert in TESL. I currently teach a community program that I created to get hours for my TESL cert but it is only 2 hours a week. I was looking into Japan as I have been there twice to study abroad so I know a bit of the culture and langauge but from what I have been hearing, China and HK are more promising in terms of pay and how an EFL teacher is treated.
A friend of mine who is in my program is from HK and she tells me I should look there for jobs as well as Japan.
I am looking to get a job as quickly after graduation as I don't like taking breaks from working or school so I want to start making money!

so, any tips where to get started? I know of JET and have seen NET around and wasn't sure how that worked, if there are any programs that are great for a young guy from the states to get a good starting position?
