I will be working in Shenzhen in the New Year, and don't expect this to happen, but it does from time to time and I wonder if it has happend to you.

I don't know, that sounds a bit too clean for a Springer episode. Maybe Ricki Lake.
I recall there being a thread on sexual harassment at Quanzhou Normal University by a Belgian woman, but I can't seem to find it (I'm assuming that it's been deleted).

Hi Ailian,
this is the ' Belgian woman ' - you are right, the thread was deleted.
I filed complaints both in China against QNU and in Australia against TAFE.
TAFE threatened so I had to remove my writings. The comments of other
people stayed on the forum, but shortly after the thread was entirly
removed. I sent an email to Mr. Sperling asking why the thread had been
removed, but no answer came.
Sometimes I still look at the threads, to see if other people have had
the same problem.

Ok, so going back to the original topic.... My boss IS hitting on me!!!! In fact, he's asked me to marry him... And, even though I'm not based in China, hey we're all human, and we can all appreciate the problem I'm in, right?
So, does anyone have any (sensible) advice? Bearing in mind I'm not Muslim, nor have any intention of becoming so any time soon.
Please put the sex into the backs of your minds for one moment, and help me out please!!! |
