I was offered a contract. It comes with free accom, paid flight, healthcare and a decent salary.
Can anyone tell me if this is a good school and what management is like.
Cheers

If you're happy with the money/package, then go for it. Good school, one of the top 10 international schools in Oman. Has a good reputation locally re: educational standards. |

Thanks. Do appreciate your response. I had no idea what salaries are like in Oman so thought I would ask.
Apparently I have already been approved by the Ministry of Education. I filled in a bunch of forms and gave to recruiter. I believe I am now waiting for my visa. Would you know from your experience if this is correct and what the next step is?

Your recruiter is your best source of what is next. This employer isn't known to most of us (as most posters here teach university level). You may want to ask about "certification of your degrees" and such. That is required for university level, so likely also for the schools.
Stay patient... things rarely happen quickly. Normally it's hurry up and wait... followed by... here's your ticket to fly tomorrow.

Did you try googling their name? A job ad came up as one of the links and likely their website too.

It is shared housing.
I don't see how this is a "decent" contract ? |
