Let's say you have a BA in humanities and a CELTA and 2 years ESL experience in Saudi?

You pretty much have to apply to find out what you might earn. However, I suspect it will likely be similar to what you could make in Korea considering your minimal qualifications (i.e., unrelated BA and just 2 years of experience). And that's if Motivea selects you for an interview, which is iffy given that their posting states a minimum of 3 years of experience. (I didn't see an ad for "Hussan.")

If you're already teaching in KSA, why not stay with your current sponsor and gain a couple more years of experience? Besides, there's no guarantee you can switch employers.

One offer I know of thus far has been a total package of 16,000 including (female) accommodation and transport. Lower packages are being offered for English BA's and CELTA folk--it seems that there are efforts to save money in foreign contracting.
