I have Permanent Residency and a Tokyo Mitsubishi bank account, can I get rent from a flat I might rent out or rent for a room paid into that account from the UK? Just wondered if it was easy to do such a thing!
Also, have an etrade account and address used to be in Japan, but now is the UK, can I change the address back to Japan even if I am not living there currently ? |

If the tenant wants to send the money to your account overseas (and pay all the associated charges), it is possible. |

If I was currently in the UK, but had a gaijin card with Japanese address surely I could still change the address on the etrade account? Hardly anything is made on it, but if the address was changed would this be a problem? |
