| Apparently my CELTA apostille will not be returned at the end of my contract from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Is this usual? |

No legal remedy but naming and shaming is something I suppose. |

If it's a country in the Middle East, to assume that "shaming" will follow "naming" in this case is, I'd say, a misplaced hope.
