Does anyone know if there is a place in Riyadh where you can buy vapes or e-cigs?

I understood that there is a GCC-wide ban on the importation and sale of ecigarettes, however a bit of Googling seems to indicate that this may not be the case.

Hello,

Thank you for the information. After posting that topic, I have found out that they are for sale in a few places in Riyadh. It does seem like it wouldn't be a good idea to walk around in public with one. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone could tell me the locations of any decently priced vapes. Thanks
