I think my more immediate concern would be the drivers seriously.

Saudi drivers . . . suicide bombers.

There's a difference? Very Happy

John

This type of flippant statement is beneath you John; I don't see any humor in comparing terrorists to Saudi drivers... no matter what you think of the country; it is shameful to make light of premeditated acts of terror. Is it funny when it happens in the USA or just when it happens in KSA?

For all we know, John is moonlighting as a nightclub comedian.

Seriously tho, (not really) comedy knows no bounds.

Who creates the time chart for WHEN an atrocity can be poked and laughed about?

911 took place and exactly one year later the "Axis of Evil Comedy Tour" began with Arab Americans revealing what they'd gone through in an uproariously funny way.
Not everybody liked it.

The TV show "Friends" held back a sequence for several months with Ross in the airport having a security official tell him he can't say the word: "bomb," to which he replied with: "bomb, didi bomb, di bomb, bomb bomb," and wound up in a holding cell.

A Thai TV personality turned comedian came up with a series of funny stories that emerged out of the Asian Tsunami, right in his back yard.

As (I believe it was) Bill Hicks once said:
"Hey - if you can't laugh about it - it's not real-life."

To each his/ her own, in my opinion such humor is in bad taste, I don't care how long after the fact or who jokes about it...try to imagine for a moment if it were a family member that was killed... in a tragic car accident or a terrorist bomb would you laugh about it ...even years after the fact...sorry just don't find humor in any of it. I suppose when it happens to people we don't know then it's considered funny.

I don't have to imagine and yes, I can see growth through humor, because... so could he.

But, I do understand you and respect your right to feel offended...afterall, there is no accounting for taste.
