| In regards to food, has anybody been able to access Gluten free food over at KSA? eg wheat free bread and biscuits etc |

that can be a tough one depending on your location.
Much better chance in the "Big 3" (riyadh, jeddah, khobar) as they have some "health food" stores around - and you're paying for it, btw.
Smaller locales do have brown flat bread, brown loaf bread, brown noodles and rice, but if you want something VERY nutritious - you may have to make it yourself. 
I bake with almond flour, tapioca flour and coconut flour somewhat regularly, for instance. |

I suspect the Danube in Jeddah and Riyadh would have gluten-free goods, and if not, they may be able to special order products for you. I bought agave nectar and chia seeds from their Jeddah supermarket when I was in KSA a couple of years ago, so they tend to stock special items. That said, you need to focus on jobs in these cities and not those out in the boonies. |

That should be a non-issue. You'll hear some horror stories of the mail/post system here, but it has really improved - especially if you have a solid phone number and address on this end (that is; your place of work's street address over an apartment in the middle of the city) AND an Arabic speaker within arm's reach (during biz hours) << that's for the driver.
Plenty of folks ordering online and having things delivered these days.
After the first order and delivery, your path will be cleared and subsequent orders should come off without a hitch (same as pizza delivery)

Did you say pizza dilivery?  didnt know they did dilivery, mostly because I've only been in Madina and Makkah |

Tamimi in Jubail sells gluten-free stuff, cereals, flours, bread mixes, from memory, so it probably does in other cities as well. It's in the expensive section of the store though. The only thing I've ever bought in that section is quinoa, which was about SR40 a box, so I went back to couscous at SR8.

Wow that is pricy, baring in mind wheat free bread her is about £3.00 which is roughly SR18 Saudi prices seem to be much higher |

Chess and backgammon are fine. Widely available inside KSA.
I've brought pork into KSA a few times and each time they have discovered it at the border coming from Bahrain.
Alcohol may be more of a problem though. |
