My employer is just a number to me... the number that is shown in my salary nothing else. Your supervisors / contractor / coordinator they have seen it all before, people come and go all the time.....next please.

Well, these contracting companies are essentially for-profit businesses with the goal of making money via the teachers they hire. In that respect, they're not much different than the temp agencies that operate in our home countries.
