The idea that even the best students from any Saudi university at all are more than mediocre community college students is insane. Every possible test to weed out these infants should be given prior to the most intense interview imaginable. International drivers licenses absolutely never issued. If these so called students can meet every one of these criteria than maybe they could be considered. 95% of Saudis should never be allowed into any us college. To use the word student to even describe these guys is laughable.

I agree.

I think International Drivers license have to be issued in the country of residence, KSA, so any Saudi could get one in their own country. It's about $30, isn't it?

I think bertonneau is implying that SAUDIS should never be issued with international driving licenses.

Whatever we wish, doesn't make it so. If a Saudi has a Saudi driving license, nobody is going to stop him from getting an international driver's license because he must apply for it in KSA. The state of Montana doesn't issue the international driver's license. The only way to stop a Saudi from getting an international driver's license is to not issue him a Saudi driver's license. Oh! Wait! They've already done that for half the population.

You've completely misunderstood the point...

I think that we could all agree that many Saudis should not be given driving licensees and should not have cars.

I wonder if Saudi law allows for the term "vehicular manslaughter" in their code of laws.
