No, but in the US, a university is a school... and your disagreement is worth about the same as our preferences for what our individual governments do or don't do.

Is the School of Athens a university? Perhaps a vocational training centre? : ) |

On the topic of expenses, would SAR3,000 a month be enough for a single guy who doesn't smoke or drink ie I'm not planning on crossing the border for R&R? I do like to eat out once or twice a week for eg Thai, Korean, Japanese, etc. |

I spent less than half that each month for expenses. However, I rarely ate out (I like to cook), and because I lived on campus, I didn't pay for the high-speed Internet or utilities. So your situation depends on what your employer and/or housing covers. |

Good to know that it's possible to live on less, nomad soul. I like to cook too but it's nice to eat out once in a while. Is it OK for single guys to eat out alone - probably another urban legend but I read somewhere that restaurants are for families only? I've been to KSA before but I was much younger then and was with my family. |

There are bachelor/single sections as well for males. |
