I have completed 2 contracts in china. I never ask for references anyways. Usually with a masters degree nothing else matters, I just get offers. I have one now to teach AP History. I was hoping to hear from those that have done what I am eager to do. You can talk about morality ect all day. I don't care because my company employs 120 teachers. When I first came I did not work for 1 month because they did not have a job for me. So really it is myself that matters and as far as some blacks making it they tend to take alot of shit and stay here for years. When I am not benefiting from the equation I move one. A letter in china does not affect my plans in my country.

With such a self-centred "I don't care about anybody else" attitude, you would probably be better off in your own country, wherever that is. You are obviously not suited to China, and seem to be completely unable to adapt to anything. Please, feel free to go!!

Could you please write in English in the future? Possibly use some sort of logical thought process?

If you're so proud of your masters degree you might want to learn how to state what it is-Master's degree. It is supposed to mean you're a master of somethihing.

Morality doesn't matter because your employer has 120 employees. I do not understand the logic here. Since you have a masters could you explain this causal relationship between an employer's size and your own morality?

You switched jobs repeatedly and have zero references and think this will not hurt you back home? I suppose if you're looking at a career in retail it doesn't matter, but any real job is going to wonder why you switch jobs so quickly and no one can vouch for you.

If you are running into trouble here feel free to cry discrimination. However, this is not the US, so you will probably get laughed at. No, not because you're black, but rather do to your utter illiteracy and your attempt to masquerade as a teacher.

If you don't care and it doesn't matter, then what is the point of your post? I really just do not understand what your point is.

If I write grammatically incorrect, does this mean I don't know how to? Do you pay my bills? Who are you to think I would take a second of my time to please you. Obviouslly you are interested so you keep reading.

I am leaving....all I want to know is what happens with visa ect.

I don't care to please anyone on Daves so I write chicken scratch and you sit at your chair eager to decipher it.

For all my haters who have never had problems at a job. I have no kids or debt and can choose to leave a dead end job.

I mentioned the size to show they are not going to miss me and there is no close relationship this is not one school that needs me desperately they have many others in que. I have finished 2 contracts I just didn't like the jobs get that right and stop with the I am always running blah blah blah.

Considering that this forum is frequented on occasions by both Chinese English students and Chinese English teachers, your level of literacy displayed here is .....umm.............. embarrassing to say the least.

Note to all visiting Chinese members - 99% of English teachers in China write better than this, and so do a majority of Chinese English students. (My last Middle School students made fewer grammar and punctuation errors).

I am sorry Mike W but anybody with this attitude is exactly suited for China. This is China!

Very Happy

Thank you Mike. Why not think about the company keeping someone that wants to move on. If they can do better why not give the documents so I can move on.
