| I believe most rely on cover provided by the school. In China I was provided with cover and actually had to use it once; spending a week in a private hospital. I think I paid for meals and the school provided everything else. |

| We had a really good group health insurance offered though our employer on a voluntary basis. Alas, there were too many cheapskates on the payroll and take-up was very low. Getting GOOD travel and medical insurance can be a costly business. |
