Dirty Harry is another good one.

The S.F. Police commisioner represents the "It's there culture" scene. The average Native English Teacher represents Dirty Harry.

That's hysterical, great lyrics... Ah, he was born in the US; that makes a lot of sense.

My own choice for where amor et melle et felle est fecundissimus is Hotel California by The Eagles.

Inveniet quod quisque velit; non omnibus unum est, quod placet; hic spinas colligit, ille rosas.

If you liked that, check out his Tabbouleh Song which I think is his best. You'll never look at tabbouleh again without it popping into your head.

"Damned for All Time" would be another good song especially looking at how the expats are treated there.
