But if you send an application free of spelling mistakes, how will you ever know whether you'll be working for someone who didn't spot them? Very Happy

Yes, John, that did occur to me as soon as I pressed 'Submit'. On further thought an employer worthy of working for might bin your application if it had errors, I'd rather take the chance the recruiter sees an error-free application and hires me partly on that basis. If not, however are you going to accept a position?

I suppose you could send two applications, one of which being as though it were written by a less than diligent teacher (or a PYP student Laughing )
