Hi Folks,

The missus and I have recently taken jobs in the Bangkhae area and are seeking accommodation in the 4-7000 baht region. Having explored the area a bit we are aware that a 5 bedroom semi detached is unrealistic but are hopefull somebody may have suggestions on furnished appartments.

Try Bangkhae Condotown on Phetkhasem Soi 64 . They have apartments from 3700 to 5000b/month. They are in good location opposite BangKhae market. They have well lit , clean, air-conned, rooms; cable TV , phone connection , cheap utilities , laundry, and many other facilities. I lived there for 6 months and enjoyed it. You also rent a house at Mooban Settaket ( Soi 100) . A 2 bedroom town house rents for about 5000 to 6000B/month.
