I thought I replied before recommending an agency but it looks as if the post was pulled.

Isn't it interesting how you can read that noun clause two ways. Doesn't Britlish require "recommending an agency" to be enclosed by commas?

Dear Usool,
They wouldn't send you the forms?!? did they give a reason?
This sounds most unreasonable to me - I had no problem getting the stuff via post a couple of years ago. Unless visa procedures have changed since then, or perhaps they need a visa number fromthe Min. or the Interior before they issue the paperwork? Or perhaps the person you were dealing with is just a cantankorous dullard? |

It seems that "usool" has something yet to learn about the way our Saudi friends do business.
Does he really expect these guys to do things HIS way ? That is NOT the way of these guys. They will do things THEIR way - and it is not always reasonable. If you don't like it, they seem to think then........................... |

Scot,
personally, I don't get the impression that the OP is expecting anyone to do things "his" way at all. Also, given that his employer in KSA appears to be a "Westerner" he is not only dealing with Saudis and their way of doing things. The way I see it, the OP is just in the unenviable position of having to negotiate the complicated matter of Saudi visa application, with little or no help from his employers. I have not heard him complain about the "Saudi way of doing business" or demand that it be more like what he is used to. |
