Big Joe, it's risky, and I wouldn't recommend coming here without at least a ticket to Korea.

I know we went over this in another thread, but coming here in Sept, you're only going to be getting scraps. It's hiring season now, and in Sept, you'll get only maybe 10% of what is out right now. Wait until 2017.

Also, this thread got really wierd Shocked

Yeah? I thought it was natural to go from talking about a one-way ticket to Japan, to getting turned on by girls in high heels breaking tatami, to trekking across Afghanistan riding a sexed-up camel.

Thanks, guys! I found a couple of teaching positions I'm going to apply to that start in May, and I'm going to try to pick up one of them.

I'm not waiting till September anymore. I got to get out of here soon. I got about $20K in reserve just in case my first job in Japan flops and I'm searching for a job in the country.

I decided I'm going to buy a roundtrip ticket that is refundable (or at least I can get a refund for the return ticket).
