Hi Everyone,
I am conducting research for my doctorate degree, and would like all expatriate teachers in the U.A.E to participate in my study. The focus of my study is cross cultural adjustment among expatriate teachers in the U.A.E. The purpose of the study is to develop the criteria and guidelines for an effective cross-cultural training and institutional orientation program for new expatriate teachers in the U.A.E.

Input from all expatriate teachers (in the U.A.E) working in nursery, primary, secondary, vocational/technical, or tertiary education would be highly appreciated. Teachers who have also taught in the U.A.E can also participate.
