Hello

I have no idea whats going on with this visa issue. Can somebody help me here. Am I correct in understanding that the Saudi Cultural Bureau will give me a visa authorisation form and then I take this form to the embassy with my medical report and visa application form to get my visa? Is this right?

The school needs to send you a 'letter of introduction' -this letter should also contain a 'visa number'. You need thiis to apply for the visa here.

Also, the school needs to give you a copy of the contract. you will also need this to apply for the visa.

As you are aware, you also need a completed, legalised medical form. You will also need to present copies of your academic certificates (although there seems to be some confusion as to whether these need to be notarised and legalised or not. I think probably not.

It's clear from your posts that you have a lot of confusion about the visa procedure, which is understandable. However, it is up to your employers to inform you of their policy on this matter. Of course, basic visa procedure is the same for everyone, but different employers have different ways of going about things.

If I were you, I would contact them and ask them to explain the process to you. It's in their interests to do so. Assuming they want you in KSA by September, there is not much time for you to jump through all the various hoops in visa processing. Thereofre, they should be helping you as much as possible. They seem not to be doing so, however.
