	  | Going on holiday vs. living/working somewhere often produces very very different impressions, but this thread doesn't seem to differentiate. My 'best country' for living/working is quite different from 'best country to visit' -Croatia so far, in my case. | You are, of course, correct. However, I took the title from the other thread started by Water Rat ¨What´s the worst country you´ve been to?¨
BTW which is your best country for living and working in?

				| Anatolia! My mantra is "Visit Anatolia an' Die!
Whether it's exploring the caverns of Cappadocia, watching the Dervishes whirl in Konya, sloshing your feet in the warm, calcium-enriched waters of Pamukkale or gazing upon the immortal, soothing words of the Great Kemal Ataturk in his words of comfort to the mothers of the ANZAC troops who were slaughtered on the Gallipoli peninsula whilst the British command was having tea...Turkey is the place to visit...

 ...or not...

...I often have difficulty stating my opinion clearly.

				| 1. Malaysia - For diversity, food, cultures, scenery and not being Thailand 2. Myanmar - For stepping back in time.
   3. Vietnam - For TEFL work and just relaxing with an ice-cold beer.
   4. Peru - For Latin America, Peru has my vote.

Hard to say which of those is my top choice overall...
