Universities and agencies will (stupidly?) disclose such information if you ask for it.
The question 'On what have you based the salary offer of xxxxx?' usually does the trick. |
Reread my entire post. My comment was in response to another poster's idea of race as a criteria item for hiring and calculating salary. |
