My FEC is not being transferred but rather renewed. The old one expired as the school wasnt wastching the dates.
Can I go to HK for this one or do I have to return to my home country? |

| Unless something changed when I wasn't looking FECs don't get renewed outside of China. They're done locally. If it's a new Z visa you need then where you can get it will be up to whoever issues the work permit and invitation letter to your employer. |
