The bureau or whoever requires a CRC told me that they want it on police dept letter head and stamped.

I called two police dept and they both said they dont do this.

Anyone have any recent experience. Who has done a successful CRC recently?

i got a crc from my local police station. i walked in, filled out a form, they did a check on the spot, filled out the rest and embossed it at the bottom. it was $25 i think and accepted. the form already has letter head, and it has an embossed stamp, it just isn't exactly what you asked for and they aren't going to change the formatting of standard crcs.
