My friend who works at the same school has a problem.
The school gave her an ARC and now they are making her life hell because she is afraid to quit and lose the ARC.
However, I had heard that if one gets a new job, one can sign the ARC over to the new job before quitting the old job.
I told my friend about this and she said that she had heard the process was difficult.
Has anyone on this board done the ARC-transfer trick successfully? |

I haven't done the ARC transfer, but it does work, so don't worry about everything else - JUST DO IT. I know other people who have done it - fine, no major problems.
I have been in the same situation as your friend exactly. Don't let them treat you like that - you don't have to. They have a tendency to bully females more - male friends of mine have noticed that themselves. |
