Hello, everybody
I've got a interview for Jeddah University coming up. As advised by a wise soul, I have started a new post for this.
I was hoping to see if anybody has had any experiences with this university and would be kind enough to share their experience.

how did your interview go?
the location on the map is quite isolated. do you know what kind of sports facilities they have? you can see a stadium on the map.

I know several guys there and they enjoy the north side of Jeddah. Not isolated.
Less red tape than KAU> |

I am also in the running for a job at the University of Jeddah. Can anyone kindly bring me up to date with how things are there and if it's worth the effort of trying to get a job there.
PS I'm relatively new on this forum but have been teaching in the MENA region for years and years including a previous spell in Riyadh and in the UAE. So, I know the lay of the land a bit I think. |

I didn't take the job due to the salary being fairly low in comparison to KSU offer. Hope you get better luck than me. |

I´d advise paul.conlong to use a less conspicuous username if he is considering coming to the Gulf. He may disagree but what do the other Gulf veterans think? |

I would always remain anonymous on this board. Employers do read here and innocent comments can be misunderstood.
