Has anybody ever dealt with (or heard about) IHCTL\IHWO qualification?
It is supposed to be International House Certificate for Teaching Languages, an on-site TEFL\TESOL course, similar to CELTA in terms of content.
But that's pretty much everything I know about it.
Is it recognized around the world? Has somebody found a job with its help?

It'll be recognized at other International House sites. Outside of the IH system, it's one of those non-standard certs that potential employers have to either happen to have heard of already (and hopefully in a positive light) or they have to do research.

If you are applying outside of the IH system, and in a job market where other applicants are likely to have a CELTA or SIT Tesol, you'll be at (another) disadvantage with an IH cert.

In SE Asia it is the same as any other TEFL certificate.

That said, the CELTA carries no more or less weight than any other TEFL/TEDL/TESOL certificate either.

Acceptance and value of your cert would depend on the market you are trying to get into.
