I may be arriving in Taiwan in November, can anyone enlighten me as to the job situation at this time, I have BA CELTA and 5 years experience in Japan.... just looking for a bit of a change

Really cutting it thin IMHO. They don't like to change much as CNY approaches.
That said, there seems to be lots of jobs always. Especially for someone with your experience.

Lots of schools looking for teachers all year round in Taiwan. |
