Interesting flow charts. Laughing

Seems like the sticking points for our industry are a sort of "auto-group" to "Type B" is you have BA, 2 years experience and a TESOL. Which, I suppose, are just following the standard guidelines.

Surely, another hurdle for newbies to jump through, but I doubt this will cause the insane waves people freaked out about in the beginning.

Should be interesting to watch it take hold.[/url]

Thanks. The laughing became painful after a while.

Looking at it, I guess that if I return to China I will be either an A, B, or C.
