"Looks like our dear old friend is back.....'hi there I'm.......and I'm looking for.....can you tell me if......" -obvious trolling setup. Very Happy"

To Tazz along with certain others,

If you had clicked on the poster who is inquiring about Kunming, you would have clearly seen that she is not a troll. Instead, you just accused her and made yourself look the fool instead.

Most people who are new to this board come with good intentions and are often met with a barrage of accusations and hostility. It is far from the norm at Dave's if you surf around. Hence, it most likely says something not so nice about a fair number of China ESL vets.

Although I have the utmost compassion for how some here ended up in a world of negativity and mental pain, it never gives one the right to try to drag the rest of humanity into their own Bizarro world.

Responses like these you quoted above go a long way to explaining why so many posters seldom return to this forum. If you think someone's trolling, and the thread in question gave no hint of that whatsoever, the obvious action to take is don't respond to them. Source: Internet 101, Internet for Dummies.

also the attitude of people on these posts is why we are seeing the mods come in and lock a bunch of threads lately.
