Hello,
I am writing on behalf of a former (American) colleague who will be teaching in China next year. I haven't taught there since the 1980-90s so the requirements are quite different now. I understand that he must obtain an FBI Clearance from the U.S. However, he hasn't lived there for over 20 years. He was informed that the clearance cannot be mailed to a p.o. box or an overseas address. Could the clearance be sent to a friend or relative in the U.S. and then mailed to him? I appreciate any advice you can share.
