This seems like madness to me:-)
Of course, you have to play by their rules, so if they don't want to see any gaps, you shouldn't show any.
But do note that this isn't common practice everywhere in the world! If anyone sent me such an extensive CV here in Europe, I'd scrap it immediately. We only want to see relevant experience - if that goes back a few years, fine, but don't elaborate on your summer camp counselor gigs or your job at your uncle's automotive shop in high school. Not that those aren't totally honorable gigs; just not relevant to the job you are supposedly trying to apply for. |

I agree with Spiral. This is madness.
If I had a run of unemployment that far back, I'd just cover it with either the job prior to the unemployment or the job after it.
Better yet, refer to that period of employment as Home Care Specialist. |
