trying to find a place that will do it so I can send it off to get a US FBI check done. Anybody got any info? Checked the US Consulate in Shanghai page and the place listed for Shanghai doesn't answer their phone.

| Not sure about Shanghai, but when I did mine while ago I went to the government Judicial Identification Department or something. That was in Chengdu, but I would imagine every province has a similar place. |
