I have a bachelor's degree from the state of Nevada and would like to get it authenticated back home. I was wondering if any of you expats would know if there's a difference whether different countries will accept a state-level or federal-level Secretary of State authentication? Are they both accepted internationally, at least by the hague convention countries?
I did have my diploma authenticated here in China, but I think it is limited only to this country. I appreciate all feedback from those who have experience on this matter.
