Hello,

I sent my transcripts/diplomas to SACM and got everything back already stamped, but apparently I also have to get my letter of work experience stamped/attested. What is the process?

The only authentication request form I found on the SACM website was for degrees. So who stamps my letter of employment? Do I just send it to SACM with a copy of my passport, visa block letter, copy of job contract, and letter of request?

Please point me in the right direction. The visa company I'm using told me I don't really need to get my letter of work experience stamped by SACM, and if it is required the Saudi consulate "authenticate it". I don't know if that is the same thing as what my employer (direct hire/uni job) is asking for.

Please help!

Not a big deal, I don't think. If you call SACM, they should be familiar with the request. They just type the dates that you worked there and stamp it.

See the following for an idea of what's needed:
Otherwise, contact your point person at the Saudi university for direction.

Well, at least we now know (at last) which university does all this unnecessary attest-your-work-experience-letters stupidity (see OP's posting history).

King Abdulaziz Uni?!?!?!?!? Damn, I'm glad I didn't apply to that circus. That takes jumping thru hoops to a new level.

What does SACM do? look for new ways to f#$k with people?

The SACM doesn't make these rules. In fact, most of the staff are US citizens.
