|
|
My girlfriend has received a job offer from Shanghai and needs to go through the Z Visa process from Germany (Hamburg). With the new rules, the authentication process seems ridiculous to say the least. Lots of questions at hand, and the school isn't sure about the process well either.
Is there anyone here who had their Authentication of documents done anywhere in Germany? Some questions are:
1) Can you get documents notarized at bürgerbüro or only Amtsgericht? Can you get a foreign degree and print out TEFL certificate notarized there as well?
2) Is over-certification at Cologne absolutely needed, or any way to avoid this? How long does the over certified process take?
Please reply or message me if any of you have experience in dealing with this from Germany, much appreciated! |

What's her nationality? What country did she obtain her qualifying degree in? |

Bad move to start from the viewpoint that Chinese process is 'ridiculous'. |

Then you can't it done in Germany at all. Any documents have to be authenticated/legalised in their country of origin. There are agencies in the UK that will do it all for you - for a fee. |
