What is up with Chinese people they dance all the time??? I asked my FAO about it and she denied it. I KNEW these billion people were up to something.

I used to say where are these billions of people. Now I know. They are ballroom dancing and drinking cha. And bustin their butts on the dance floor.

But maybe its like Japan where ballroom dancing is on a par with devil worship. Maybe it is a "well kept secret" I dont know but now I know where the billion are., They are kickin butt on the dance floor... And how about a HAIRCUT after all that foolishness. ..I am killing myself so I will stop now.

PS the music is Chinese disco...eehaa

It's a hoot and very revealing into how some Chinese tend to place their inflexible minds into dancing. I have seen women dancing with each other gracefully while their separated husbands with outstretched arms cascade alone across the floor, as if they are embracing some Ballroom spirit goddess, and perhaps they are.
On my campus, they have ballroom dancing as part of a PE class--even then I rarely see the girls dancing with the boys. You can sense there is an overwhelming atmosphere of nervousness and face in the whole thing. I thought even in Ballroom dancing one should at least enjoy it and relax.

Have you tried it? You just might like it.

I am definately old and grey, short and fat. About this there is absolutely no diuspute.

Yet, the women line up to dance with the foreigner, both old and young.
Oh how I wish they would play only slow music! Wink

And how about the clothes they wear while they're doing it? I have a great pair of dancing pants - plenty of ball room. Wink

For those who wish to learn Ballroom Dancing while here, you may watch CCTV-5, and a couple of BTV-1 stations every morning. "man, man, kuai, kuai"

I have too much time. Somebody pass the Welch's jelly.

Welch's jelly?

You need real help, try Dr. P. Otus.

Tom Jones never touched the stuff, before or after.

Where my wife is from in Zhejiang, you can see people do the Tango on many warm evenings in the city square. Especially on Saturday nights. I love saeeing people do this, and I used to know the dance, but Mrs. Senor wont do it because she "loses face".

Really she has two small yellow left feet.

Actually, that's Zhejiang dialect, which means 'Hey, the foreign teacher has candy in his backpack, lets go punch him in the nads.' Evil or Very Mad
