Perhaps stranger still if I were sitting around out of my boxers. Wink

Living in this climate, I usually wear boxers/gym shorts as my at-home attire. My house doesn't have AC, and most of the time it's really hot here.

Sure, why not?

Books: Harry Potter 5 for about the fifth time, the Qur'an (which I haven't dipped into in months), and The Crescent and the Star: Turkey Between Two Worlds by Stephen Kinzer.
TV: I'm in a netcafe currently, but last thing I watched was BBC News... or maybe an episode of their Aspects of Africa series. Am BBC World nerd.
What's in the glass: A gin and tonic, soon, I hope, if all the others haven't wussed out and gone home!
On my feet: Brown synthetic espadrilles.
On my skin: White short-sleeved top, ankle-length coffee-brown pinafore dress, residue of hamam relaxation (including a friend's olive oil soap) from this morning.
On the stereo: The netcafe likes to play TurkPopLite. The last album I listened to at home was Ani Difranco, "Dilate."
The weather outside: Dark, high teens. Got up to the mid-twenties today, I'd say at a guess, and was sunny.
Teaching tomorrow: Wrapping up the Present Perfect, a cute song, airport vocabulary and dialogues and... Headway Elementary is finished!!!

Does anyone actually read all the posts. I'm sure everyone just wants to post about him/herself. (me included, hee-hee)

Book: I'm actually not reading one now.

TV: There is no tv in my bedroom

drink: not drinking now, but had a sip of Squirt before I sat down to the computer

on my feet: I'm at home, so of course I'm bared foot!

skin: vaseline lotion, and my pjs. (pink hello kitty night shirt)

hmmmm....what was the other one?

oh music. I can only hear the hum of the pc.

and the weather is cold, wet and miserable. I hate fall time. Summer is over and I am sad.
