Besides the wall, what were the changes that PQ was referring to when he said "some changes had been made that shouldn't have been made"?

The disappearance of all personnel with signatory authority, or signatory rights, or whatever the hell, for one. He meant people who could sign teachers off base, for example, and people who could sign requests for money and such: members of the officer caste.

What about all the boxes of gear that were loaded onto the trucks which left the OK Corral? Surely that was a bit more than the personal files of the staff being transferred to GHQ??

I do not...why else would I ask the questions?? Isn't that the purpose of this cafe - to ask and hope someone might have an answer? We don't all write in purporting to 'know' or *know* the answers!!!!!! Really, BD!
