Hope you are out there reading young man.

I've read some of your recent correspondence to a teacher here in Mexico. First, you should apologize. Second, I think it quite right that he didn't agree to lie for you so that you could get a job for which you are clearly not qualified, neither professionally, nor morally.

If you believe that the way to get a job is to have someone with solid credentials, years in the field, and a long, long record of selflessly helping people (including yourself), by 'palming' a school for you, then you have no reason to be teaching, not in Mexico, not anywhere.

The man let you stay in his home for crying out loud. Take some advice on a career move. Gas station. Somewhere in the mid-West. Far from anyone.

My apologies to all for the outburst. However, it is warranted.

Hey, gas station attendants in the midwest are people too! And those jobs ain't easy to come by. I was recently turned down by Marathon and Shell stations for "excessive ESL teaching experience."
