				Are all Aeon teachers single?

If a teacher that works for Aeon must live in a single occupancy apartment, can she or he not ever mary and live together as long as they work for the company? |

I don't know what AEON's policy on marriage is...

However, the main reason they rent single occupancy apartments (1K) is simply because they are cheap. Most leases for small apartments will conatin a clause stating that only ONE PERSON may occupy that apartment. Obviously AEON aren't interested in having problems with landlords.

I haven't worked for AEON so I'm not sure if (as a foreigner) you have to live in their apartments if you work for them. I have met Japanese people who work for AEON, and don't live in their apartments. |

Thanks. I see- it is the clause that one signs with the landlord. I have lived in other apartments before, but they were two bedroom.

I wonder where the line is between living together and having your girlfriend "stay the night" throughout many BUT not all days of the week?! |

Basically, I think it would be OK ... As long as you're not too obvious about it, you shouldn't haven't any problems. I doubt that the landlord would ever check ... As long as it appears that only one person is moving in on the first day, it should be fine. |

				| When I worked for AEON my girlfriend spent a lot of time at my apartment. The landlord accused her of living there. We denied it and never had anymore problems. AEON doesn't get involved unless they are forced to. |

				| Couples can work for Aeon. Each gets their own apartment. You can sleep where you like. |
